How to make an appointment?
Consultations are free and can be scheduled in person at the shop,over the phone (216)-417-5988 or by e-mailing us at grimhearttattoo@gmail.com
Tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit and can be scheduled in person at the shop at the time of your consultation.
Walk-ins require NO appointment, phone call or e-mail, just walk in!
How much will it cost?
-Consultations are free
-Shop minimum is $100
-Deposits start at $100 up to $250 and are non-refundable!
-Your tattoo price will be estimated or quoted in person ONLY.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Consultations can be rescheduled or canceled in person at the shop, over the phone (216)-417-5988 or by e-mailing us at grimhearttattoo@gmail.com (Please give us at least 24h notice)
Tattoo appointments can be moved by contacting your artist directly, in person at the shop, over the phone (216)-417-5988 or by e-mailing us at grimhearttattoo@gmail.com
! IMPORTANT ! We require a minimum of 48h notice or you will forfeit your deposit! No exceptions!
Canceling your tattoo appointment without rescheduling will result in loosing your deposit.
We also have a limit of 2 reschedules per deposit.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
For your Consultation, show up on time, bring any reference you might have in any format, its also ok if you don’t have any reference for your tattoo idea. Wear appropriate clothing so we can take a look at the desired spot that you wish to be tattooed at.
For your Tattoo appointment, show up on time or 5-10min early, bring a valid state or federal photo ID.
Be well rested and hydrated, having a breakfast or lunch before is highly recommended, this will help you get thought your tattoo session much easier.
We recommend wearing loose fitting clothing or appropriately exposed clothing.
Your skin must not be sunburnt or damaged on the area you are getting tattooed.
Due to a tight working spaces we cannot accommodate your friends and family while you are getting tattooed, however we do have a small waiting area up front.
No children are allow in our shop, so plan accordingly for child care.
